Important Note on Shipping Dates
effective May 1, 2007
Orders placed between the 1st and 15th of the month will be
shipped by the 20th. Orders placed between the 16th and the end
of the month will be shipped by the 5th. If you need a “Rush” on
the order there will be a charge of $128.00 plus shipping and
handling for the order.
Please provide this information when are ordering printed
stationery. If you are ordering business cards for more than one
person, complete this form for each order of business cards before
continuing with the remainder of the order information.
